About the Tilbury Eco-Industrial Partnership
The Tilbury Eco-Industrial Partnership is a member driven initiative that facilitates environmental, social and economic improvement of the Tilbury area. Inspired by nature, Eco-Industrial networking involves developing local collaborative business relationships to improve production efficiency, investment, global competitiveness and business performance, while fostering improved community and ecosystem health.
Through collectively managing environmental and energy
issues, TEIP members can enhance both their environmental and economic
performance, while more effectively using materials, energy, land,
infrastructure and human resources. Participation in TEIP also gives Tilbury
businesses leverage for investments in eco-efficiency upgrades and influence in
decisions that affect infrastructure in Tilbury.
The TEIP is an opportunity for all Tilbury Area
stakeholders to come together as a community. It's been done around the
world and we're doing it here in Delta, committed to People, Planet and

This concept of working together to share resources for maximum financial, environmental, and social benefit is called Eco-Industrial Networking (EIN). We are forming a partnership to foster EIN in the Tilbury industrial area.
