Transportation has been identified as the number one concern among Tilbury employers and employees.
To address these concerns, the Earthwise Society created the Tilbury Transportation Management Association (TMA).
The TMA, an initiative of the TEIP, meets bi-monthly to identify transportation needs in Tilbury and look for solutions. The TMA is a collective voice advocating with both TransLink and the Corporation of Delta.
Over the last year the TEIP has been working on various transportation initiatives including the creation of the TMA, administration of the Employer Pass Program, a Tilbury Business Jack Bell RideShare portal, and research into the potential of a private shuttle and sponsored bus shelters.To register for the next TMA meeting, or to find out more about the Tilbury TMA please contact us.
