Earthwise Agassiz provides the perfect venue for weddings and social events! The unique property encompasses 58 acres of scenic farmland, dramatic mountain outcroppings, streams and wetlands, and lush forest groves. At the entrance, a heritage farmhouse and barn surrounded by beautiful gardens greets your guests. Earthwise Agassiz is an oasis of rustic beauty, offering plenty of space to explore and celebrate, unconfined by traditional walls.

Earthwise Agassiz is a working, certified organic farm and garden. This means you can make arrangements for us to provide delicious seasonal produce and fresh flowers for your event. Ask us and we will work with you to create a unique event that brings out the best of what the site can offer.
Earthwise Agassiz allows you to choose from a variety of special settings on the property to reflect the theme and mood you’d like to create. Select the setting that is right for your event – gardenside in front of the farmhouse, nestled in the orchard surrounded by farm and mountains, or in the quiet beneath the forest canopy. Whichever you select, your guests can tour the property, explore the meandering nature trails and wander through the gardens.

Venue Settings:
The Garden
Set against our striking, century-old farmhouse, the 1 acre lawn and gardens are full of old-time charm evoking memories of simpler times. Your guests can stroll through the gardens and enjoy the ever changing tapestry of seasonal blooms, butterflies, and birds. Ask us about flowers from the garden for your table settings!

The Orchard
What better way to celebrate your special day than with a sunny afternoon spent in the rustic orchard overlooking our farm fields? The surrounding mountains and forests provide a scenic backdrop! Ask us about our seasonal produce availability to enjoy a true farm to table experience. Have your reception in the orchard, or enjoy it in the Garden by the Farmhouse.

Cedar Grove
For an enchanting wedding experience, exchange vows under the rich forest canopy by the river’s edge, surrounded by soaring old-growth cedars. Because of the environmentally sensitive nature of this site, there is an additional charge for this option.
Accommodates: 80 people. Special charge: $300, includes bridal arch
Hugh’s Garden- Coming soon!
Located near the banks of the Miami Stream, Hugh’s Garden is a rustic hideaway with a fenced garden, brick paths, patios and a cob oven. An off-grid homestead shelter has been restored and updated and provides a special bride’s quarters for those using this setting.

Full day rental: 12 hours |11 am – 11 pm| event must complete by 11 pm

Day after wedding take down…….. $100

Extra parking fee: (for additional cars) $10/car
All venue themes include space for wedding ceremony and reception in the orchard or gardenside by the farmhouse, and use of selected areas for photographs. Also included is:
– use of forest trails
– signing table
– electrical outlets by heritage house and barn
– small bridal area to prepare for special moments
– bathroom
– parking for up to 25 cars

Ceremony or Reception only packages 
Our venues may be booked for Ceremonies or Receptions only, with the exception of the Forest Grove venue, which can only accommodate receptions.
