At Earthwise we believe the best way to learn about agriculture is to do it.

Our Earthwise Farmers Work/Learn is a self-directed, hands-on program geared towards individuals that are looking to be future farmers, want to learn more about agriculture, or want a deeper connection to our food system

What You Will Be Learning

As an Earthwise Farmers Work/Learn participant, you will be an important part of our farm team, learning all aspects of the farm operation through direct experience.

Compost Making,
Field Prep
Soils and Soil Management
Seed Sowing
Transplanting
Weed Management
Irrigation
Integrated Pest Management
Equipment Maintenance
Harvesting and Vegetable Prep for Sale
Community Supported Agriculture.
